This is the building of the French Institute in Austria . The 19th century building will be restored - Qatar promised . It might be a new place for the Qatari embassy in Austria . For sure this is a new investment of the Qatari government which invests for the future in real estates all over the world .They already bought Greek islands ,famous department stores in London ,historic buildings in Budapest and their embassy is at a building at Champs Elysee - just to mention a few !
