HOT DOGS

  In Pakistan one hot dog costs around one dollar .
  The population is 200 million . So roughly everyone in the country could get 15 hot dogs from this sum of money .

CLEAN WATER

 

One water cleaning system price is around 100 USD - 30 billion dollar would buy 30 million families the  clean water .Almost the whole country !

PASSENGER PLANES

 3 BILLION  dollars would buy 6 of these modern A380  airbuses .

FIGHTER JETS

 Some cheaper jets can be bought for 100 million USD . So 30 billion dollars would by
30  pieces of those jets .

Now that the Emir of Qatar gave direct support to help the economy of Pakistan I investigated a bit how much food , water  , how many airplanes can  be bought by that money .
For me it is mind boggling to see that it would  provide potable water for everyone . Supposed nobody has it now .
I wonder how it will help  the economy - in what  projects it is going to be invested .We rarely hear about the effect of those aids in general .It would be really interesting to see the outcome after some years .
