Pierre Herme's Master baking class some days ago

I missed this important piece of news ! Pierre Herme's Master was in Qatar to promote his new cake shop in Lagoona Mall and to teach how to make macaroons at the St. Regis Hotel . This guy makes unusual sweet treats .He has macaroons with the flavour of bergamot in the Earl Grey tea ,blond chocolate with with Fleur de Sel (hand-harvested sea salt) , trio of rose, raspberry and litchi in one single cake !
