Qatar Charity Expands Relief Operations in Gaza

DOHA – Qatar Charity (QC) has intensified its humanitarian aid in Gaza, delivering 1,000 hot meals daily to displaced families returning to northern areas. An additional 315 meals are provided every day to patients with special needs at Hamad Hospital for Rehabilitation and Prosthetics.

So far, QC has distributed 4,700 food parcels to families facing severe shortages, with a goal of reaching 24,700 parcels in total. The organization also plans to supply 2.4 million litres of clean drinking water and support education by distributing 4,500 school bags and rehabilitating 60 classrooms damaged by the conflict.

These efforts are part of Qatar’s ongoing humanitarian response to the Gaza crisis, aimed at restoring essential services and easing food insecurity for thousands of civilians.
