Travel Guide to Qatar 2022 by World Travel Guide
I chose to share this video on Qatar because so many international visitors will be attending the FIFA World Cup. This is not Qatar's official promotional film. I observed some inaccuracies in the document.
1 . About the weather, it is not swelteringly hot year-round; from mid-November forward, the climate resembles spring in Europe. January can be cold enough to require heating for some hours (12 C), and if you go to the beach promenade on a windy day, you may want to wear a warm coat.
Summers can be difficult, with high humidity from mid-July to mid-September.
2 .On Fridays, the malls' large supermarkets close for half an hour for prayer. But then they reopen, and everything is back to normal. People are relaxing and shopping in malls and souqs.

Modern architecture of Qatar - new playground in Dafna
A brand-new playground has opened up in Doha.
It's in the vicinity of the National Theatre and the Post Office.
Six Qatari landmarks, including the Qatar Post, Qatar University, and Sheraton Grand Doha Resort & Convention Hotel, are shown in miniature form.
British-Pakistani artist Shezad Dawood created those structures with Qatari architect Fatma Al Sehlawi.

A hidden gem in Doha - Dekitate - a Japanese cake shop
I was overjoyed to discover this Japanese cake shop. It is located near New Salata Park in the Mall.
These cream puffs contain homemade vanilla/matcha cream. Their gentle sweetness is exactly what I like and have been missing here.

Francois-Xavier Lalanne, a French artist most renowned for his sheep sculptures, created fantastical animal, flora, and fauna-inspired pieces with frequently concealed functional purposes.
He attended the Académie Julian in Paris to study art. In 1952, he met his future wife Claude Lalanne at his first gallery exhibition. Serge Gainsbourg chose one of her works, "The Man with the Cabbage Head," for the cover of an album in 1976 .

The new painting is called "Friends of Qatar and Cuba." The Cuban artist Michel Lopez made it.
It is at Building 15 in Wisdom Square in Katara. It was inaugurated in the presence of H.E. Mr. Oscar Leon Gonzales, who is the Cuban ambassador to Qatar.
