Though a lots of facilities will reopen in Qatar with Phase 4 reopening plan
but not everything . Some places will remain closed and will reopen only at the third
week of September supposed everything goes well .
Playgrounds and leisure centres remain closed
no summer camps
no sports equipment in public parks
no home services of beauty, barber, massage and fitness training
no open buffet at any restaurant
