40,000 baby fishes were released at two locations in the northern coastal area of Qatar .
The aim is to release 200,000 black sea bream to boost strategic stock of fish in Qatari waters .
The release operation was by the Ministry of Municipality and Environment (MME) .
The black seabream (Spondyliosoma cantharus) live in northern Europe and in the Mediterranean .
