The sentences in the Sarah Gazdhar Case were the most disappointing ones.
She passed away two years ago.
The youngster was only four years old.
She dozed off in the minivan that was transporting her from home to school. She was then forgotten there. She died inside the locked minivan in the sweltering heat. It occurred two years ago.
The sentences are as follows: the driver who did not check the minivan before locking it received only a few years suspended = nothing... the transportation manager who should not have allowed any vehicle to run without an attendant was allowed to flee to India. So was Mattu, the principal, who was unconcerned about the dangers in her school's transportation system. Other children had previously been forgotten there but they managed to escape, but she did not listen to the parents when they complained and warned her.
The school must pay a fine of 50 thousand QR, which is equivalent to four students' school fees...
It's a joke...it was a murder caused by their carelessness and they could get away with....the other schools won't care...there will be buses without attendants again...
