It is at the New Cultural Village .Near Exhibition Center .

Why all these sounds so unfair ?
I had expected that it would be the new municipality beach -that had been promised long ago ...
Now -this one turns out just a new place for the upper ten .
And it is long - nearly two kilometers -but no any private place for ladies - though the guys who are selling the membership claim that a part of the beach is preserved only for women ...
