Flash flood kills 9 students and 3 adults in Oman

 Oman's emergency responders reported that 12 people, including two locals, nine students, and one foreign resident, died when their cars got swept away by floods in Samad A'Shan. They're still looking for five missing locals in Al Mudhaibi.
