There was a happy ending of the fire in Najma district ,Doha . The fire broke out in a small compound and thick black smoke covered the area very soon after . . Two home alone kids were in desperate situation as their parents left for work and they were locked in the flat . The grocer noticed them through the window and warned the civil defence and together they acted .The door was broken and kids saved .
Great job ! I hope they will be both awarded !
( Still I am very sad when I think of those kids trapped in a mall's day care center some years ago )

Massive Fire at QF construction site
It started at 10:30 Monday and it continued beyond 3 :30 Tuesday .
No causalities were reported but the damage in construction materials was great .
It happened near Bani Hajer roundabout .

26 buses destroyed in fire
26 old buses out of service caught fire on Tuesday at 9 pm
they were totally destroyed though the fire brigades arrived within ten minutes
they were fighting more than an hour with the fire
no loss of life ....
some days ago there was a fire at the health quarantine center which had killed 5 people there
