Visiting Al-Khor Zoo

 A breeze of a journey is all that is required to reach your destination from Doha . Simply head in the direction of the Ikea and continue along the shamal road. After 15 minutes of driving, look to your right for the signage. It's important to note that the Panda house and the Al-Khor zoo are two separate facilities. Purchasing tickets will only be available on the internet. If you didn't buy your ticket in advance, you'll need to download the app and then purchase it at the entrance. It took a while, but the employees eventually helped me out. I really wished the ticket information on their website  was    giving  correct information .

Visited   the  zoo on a rainy   day . Luckily   the  rain stopped and we  saw  the  sun

It  was  nice   to  sit  among   the  bird houses  and  the  palm  trees .

This rusty old fence made it impossible to get a good shot of the beautiful pygmi goats, and we also saw beautiful zebras, some of which had gray stripes in addition to their typical black and white coloring.

Getting  closer to the giraffes  was  easy .

Visitors could stroll along an elevated path in the vast bird sanctuary to observe the birds in the ponds and trees.

All in all it was a nice trip .
