Abu Dhabi warehouse fire kills ten

The victims were living in the warehouse illegally . They got trapped in the fire and died on Friday morning  .They  were residing above a car repair shop . They were not named  -just referred to as "migrant labourers " Building owner and supervisor was arrested .
 Authorities promise "zero tolerance" against those who disregard public safety rules .
