Friday and weekend promotions in November in Qatar

The weekend offers  at FNAC Qatar -  in stead of Black Friday they chose to offer promotions in November at weekends - so no more big countdown and rush  and fight for those items - just walk in at weekends

On Monday (November 23) a “Super Friday” promotion offering “massive discounts” on electronics, mobile phones, fashion, and other products from the grocery and fresh food categories, which coincides with the “Black Friday” shopping season across the globe.

MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE  -  I visited some fashion /kids fashion stores but I did not see  any exciting promotion . Prices are bit lower . But compared to the after  lockdown sales of August  - it was nothing .The name Black Friday must disturb customers around here . They call it  Super Friday , White Friday , Friday promotions .   I think if you walk at any mall you will find plenty of promotions . Good Luck - Stay Safe and Have Fun  while shopping !

Qatar Museums (QM) will reopen a number of its museums and heritage sites to the public on 1 July 2020 in accordance with recommendations from the Ministry of Public Health.

The following locations look forward to welcoming you from 1 July:


Museum of Islamic Art
Mathaf: Arab Museum of Modern Art
Garage Gallery at the Doha Fire Station
Al Zubarah
Al Jassasiya
Barzan Towers

Open Sunday - Thursday, 9am to 3pm.

You will be required to reserve tickets in advance on the QM website and must present a “green” health status on the Ehteraz virus-tracing app. Temperature checks will take place at the entrances and visitors aged 12 and above will be required to wear face masks.  Hand sanitiser stations and safe distance signage will be placed throughout the location for your use.

Please not -  these facilites remain closed : QM’s playgrounds, libraries, and parks (including MIA Park)
