In case you need something relaxing, watch how this Middle Eastern pastry is made—rolled, cut, rolled again, then filled with pistachios, carefully closed, and baked to perfection. Even though I personally can’t afford to indulge in such sweet treats, simply watching the process felt surprisingly uplifting.
