It was very hot May 22

 





May 22 marked an exceptionally hot day in Qatar, with temperatures soaring to record levels, signaling the definitive arrival of the hot season. In Abu Samra, a town situated near the Saudi border, the mercury climbed to a scorching 46°C, setting a new benchmark for heat in the region. Central Qatar experienced slightly cooler but still extreme temperatures of around 45°C, while Doha, the capital city, recorded a relatively milder 41°C.
