When I read about a small child falling from the second floor, I was shocked. It took place at the brand new Place Vendome Mall.
Actually, such malls are not completely finished; some parts are only half finished, and this might have resulted in a terrible accident. This child is still alive, according to the news. There is no mention of nationality.
The findings of the official investigations are still pending.
