What do we know about him ?
He ruled Qatar from 1972 until 1995.
He was the grandfather of the current leader of Qatar, Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani.
He was the father of the Emir from 1995 to 2013 ,Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa bin Hamad bin Abdullah bin Jassim bin Mohammed Al Thani .
