The air -conditioned work jacket - solution for summer heat

I found this special jacket in a Japanese online shop . It cools down the one wearing it . Given that many workers die in summer due to the terrible heat - this could be the solution here in Qatar .It costs $ 310  -  can be bought here  . I think  it is a must for everyone working outside in the Gulf . It weighs only around one kg  and the batteries keep you cool for 6 -8 hours . They are rechargeable ones .  More useful gadget than the smartphones  that almost all working class people have around here .  But it should be ordered in large numbers ...There are around one million construction workers in Qatar .
