The formal statement says that he resigned and that someone else has taken his place.
Nothing about this makes sense or seems right!
At a company this size, you would expect a transitional change in management.
Many people were shocked when he quit without any pomp or ceremony . Given the fact that he has been the CEO of this company for 27 years and has won a lot of awards.
We might never learn more!
